We are seeking a meticulous and results -driven Quality Control qualified to support critical quality assurance operations within a leading manufacturer of PET preforms, bottles, jars, and dispensers. This role is essential in maintaining product integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the production lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent quality standards through rigorous monitoring, accurate documentation, and proactive resolution of quality issues. By overseeing lab operations, managing compliance certifications, and driving continuous improvement, this individual will play a pivotal role in supporting production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to industry benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily QC hold status reports and ensure accurate application of QR stickers across production lines.
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and scheduled timelines.
- Prepare and manage Daily Production Reports (DPR), Monthly Review PPTs, daily line checking reports, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, leading root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) within defined response timeframes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements across all stages of production and testing.
Requirements
- Diploma in Plastics/Polymer Engineering or Mould Technology.
- 5–7 years of hands -on experience in quality control or maintenance within the Polymer/Plastic Moulding industry.
- Proven experience in preform manufacturing and PET stretch blow moulding processes.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining lab testing equipment, including Vernier caliper scales, bursting machines, moisture testers, tensile testing machines, height gauges, and migration testing equipment.
- In -depth knowledge of ISO 9001, FSMS, and SEDEX certification requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment.
