MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Title: QE Analyst

Exp:5-8 years

Location: Bangalore

Key skills and expertise:

Review test plans and understand assigned test cases.

Design / Automate detailed test cases/scripts for mailboxes, collaboration tools, permissions, and data integrity. e.g PowerShell/Graph API automation scripts

Validate workplace setup (accounts, licenses, connectivity, client apps).

Execute test cases: domains, networks, mailbox migration validation, Teams chat history, OneDrive sync, SharePoint access, and permissions.

Log defects with detailed evidence (screenshots, logs, repro steps).

Support UAT execution, provide defect triage, and capture user feedback.

Report issues observed during test execution and recommend mitigation.

Update test execution results, track pass/fail rates, and provide evidence for closure.

Execute compliance/security test cases under Lead’s guidance.

Suggest improvements from hands-on testing experience.

Develop and execute automation scripts to:

1.Validate mailbox counts & sizes

2.Check OneDrive/SharePoint permissions

3.Verify Teams chat/channel recovery

4.Automate license & policy validation.

5.Document and maintain script lib
