Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QC in charge to lead the Quality Control department and ensure all products meet the required standards and specifications. The role involves supervising QC teams, implementing quality procedures, conducting inspections, and liaising with production and management to maintain consistent quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and systems in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Supervise and guide the QC team to ensure adherence to quality procedures and inspection protocols.

- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

- Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation for management and regulatory purposes.

- Identify, analyse, and resolve quality issues by implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D; teams to address quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Train and develop QC staff on updated quality standards, testing methods,



and compliance requirements.

- Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other relevant quality management systems depending on the industry.

- Review and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control activities.

- Act as the primary point of contact for quality audits and external inspections.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred).

- 5+ years of proven experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or in charge role.

- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and industry-specific standards.

Skills Required:

- Robust knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Proficiency in using QC equipment and testing instruments.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to prepare quality documentation and maintain accurate records.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across departments.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office for reporting and analysis.
