Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure

- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders

- Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

- Facilitate daily stand -ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum)

- Monitor and report project status to management and stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with company processes, security, and quality standards

- Manage change requests and communicate impact on scope, cost, and timeline

- Mentor team members and promote best project management practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

- Proven experience managing software development and IT projects

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong problem -solving, risk management, and decision -making abilities

- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Zoho Projects, MS Project, etc.)

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Solid documentation and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification

- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS products

- Exposure to compliance, security, and regulatory requirements

- Experience working with cross -functional and distributed teams

- Experience with dot net development.
