Master’s degree in Social Work, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within social impact or development sector organizations.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with budgets of ₹10 Cr or more.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
- Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, capacity building, and stakeholder management.

- Solid research and data analysis capabilities,
including project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and performance tracking.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.

- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations as required.
- High standards of personal and professional integrity.

- In-depth understanding of livelihoods programs and ecosystem-based interventions.
