Drive continuous improvement initiatives within delivery and PMO operations. Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement across teams. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards. Support the implementation of PPM tools and data-driven analytics for improved visibility. Strong analytical mindset with ability to transform data into actionable insights. Proven expertise in managing large stakeholder ecosystems and complex transformation programs. Hands-on experience with Planview or equivalent PPM tools preferred.
