About the role:

To design and develop an implementation plan for sustainable enhancement of non-farm livelihoods in urban and rural India.

Key Responsibilities:

The role holder is accountable for the overall project management of various skilling and livelihood initiatives, focusing on e-learning platforms.

- Lead the E-Learning Platforms initiative for skilling and employment.

- Responsible for the development and management of the online skilling portal.

- Ensure the portal meets the needs of users and aligns with the skilling & employment program's goals and objectives.

- Work with partners to develop and design the portal that addresses the specific skilling needs of the users.

- Manage the content on the portal, ensuring it is relevant, up-to-date, and engaging for users.

- Develop strategies to increase user engagement with the portal, including marketing and communication activities.

- Manage the technical aspects of the portal, including ensuring its functionality, security, and usability.





- Develop partnerships with organizations to provide online training and resources for users.

- Manage user data, track user engagement and progress, and provide regular reports to regularly upgrade the portal.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

- Experience (Must Have): At least 8-10 years of experience in managing online learning platforms or related fields.

- Technical Competencies:

- Solid technical skills, with experience in web development, content management systems, and online learning platforms.

- Strong web development and project management skills.

- Core Competencies:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.

- Attention to detail.

- Standard office ICT skills.
