Role Summary
Responsible for end -to -end planning, execution, and delivery of large -scale residential real estate projects, including luxury high -rise developments and integrated townships, ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end -to -end execution of residential projects from planning to handover
- Deliver luxury residential towers, high -rise buildings, and integrated townships
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, billing, cost control, and cash flow
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality or timelines
- Oversee contracts, procurement, consultants, PMCs, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety norms, RERA, and statutory requirements
- Manage execution of complex structures including high -rise towers and podiums
- Lead large teams (50+ internal staff and 100+ contractors/workforce)
- Coordinate with authorities, investors,
and senior stakeholders
- Provide MIS, progress reviews, risk updates, and strategic inputs to leadership
- Robust expertise in project planning, cost control, contracts, and procurement
- In -depth knowledge of high -rise construction, QA/QC, safety, and statutory compliance
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision -making skills
- High commercial acumen with focus on cash flow and delivery commitments
