- Support end -to -end implementation of AI -driven public health solutions at the state and district levels.
- Coordinate pilot deployments, contextualization activities, and field rollouts.
- Support training and onboarding of frontline workers, supervisors, and health officials on digital applications and tools.
- Act as a coordination point with state and district health departments, frontline cadres (ASHAs, ANMs, AWWs), and implementation partners.
- Support routine communication, meetings, and follow -ups with government stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of program activities.
- Assist in organizing field visits, review meetings, and workshops.
- Work closely with internal teams to relay field -level insights, user feedback, and implementation challenges.
- Track implementation progress against agreed -upon plans, milestones, and timelines.
- Support the preparation of program updates, internal reports, donor reports, and presentations.
- Support coordination of logistics related to trainings, field activities, and deployments (devices, tools, and materials).
- Assist in managing vendors and consultants, as and when required.
- Support the state team in any other activities related to deployment or monitoring, as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in public health program implementation, preferably with government or development sector projects.
- Good understanding of India’s public health system and frontline service delivery structures.
- Experience working with digital health tools or technology -enabled programs is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel to project locations, as required.
