Primary Role Description:

We are looking for a professional with experience to:

Build & Manage the Mentoring Program across various locations in Mumbai Supervise & Manage a Team of Program Coordinators, Asst. Managers, Mentors (Volunteers) & Mentees

Engage with Mentors-Mentees, Parents of the youth, the Organisational team, NGO Partners and other Stakeholders to implement the Mentoring Program

Manage the Monitoring & Evaluation processes to ensure data collection and impact assessment of the program

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Trainings & implement intervention strategies to build capacity and ensure development of Mentors, Mentees, Team members and other stakeholders Implement the Program objectives and execution of the Mentoring program Execute the Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact assessment processes for the program Manage a Team of Program Coordinators & Supervise Volunteers and beneficiaries Resolve challenges coming up in the program in relation to Mentors-Mentees, Communities & others Stakeholders

Key Requirements:

Passionate about working in the Social Sector with teenagers,



young adults & communities Experience in conducting workshops on Behavioural & Soft skills with Youth/Adults Experience in managing teams, program management and operations Skills in Monitoring & Evaluation, data management and impact assessment Openness to work with people from different socio-economic backgrounds Self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiatives

Valuable critical thinking and decision making skills

Excellent Communication skills oral and written

Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

Natural flair to build relationships, work with groups and manage teams

Educational Background: Graduate/Post graduate from streams related to Bachelors in Social Work (BSW)/Masters in Social Work (MSW)/Management Studies/Social Entrepreneurship or any other streams with relevant work experience

Languages: Fluency in English is a must along with working knowledge of either Hindi or Marathi
