Job Description

- Responsible for managing multiple projects - planning, executing, monitoring and controlling projects to successful closure

- Work closely with Sales to ensure Account growth and contribute to solutioning & pre-sales

- Forecast capacity and resource allocation and provide management with needed data

- Effectively identify and manage risks and issues in the project

- Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations

- Accountable for all project deliverables and managing the project team

- Streamlining project management process and ensure project management adherence

- Adopt a mobile specific project execution methodology, identify best practices and continuously improve and lead process innovation

Desired Skills

- 8-16 + years of experience preferably working in a large Systems Integrator

- Solid understanding of Project profitability & success metrics





- Should have Delivery Management experience with multiple PMs reporting on Delivery

- Should have strong experience in end-to-end IT project management

- Should have worked on global projects with distributed teams spread across various timezones

- Deep commitment to supporting the business which includes flexibility to work off hours when needed

- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Should have a proven ability to present information to all levels of management

- Appreciation for data integrity, process definition and organization alignment

- Highly motivated, self-starter and ability to drive results

- Able to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities
