- Program Manager has to provide technical advice to contractors, subcontractors, operatives and crafts people with respect to our Recent IT Construction project.

- Have experience in contracts and contract law

- Generate weekly and monthly report on AUTOPRO

- Engage in obtaining building permits

- Liaison with Technopark authorities and other statutory bodies

- Recommend release of payments to Consultant / Contractor based on recorded work & milestones

- Review variations (negative and positive) carefully and ensure that variations will not exceed 5% of base estimate.

- Establish a project schedule with Consultant prior to tender and validate schedule with nominated Contractor.

- Prepare a short-list of contractors that are qualified to execute works in Trivandrum – egs, civil,



electrical, mechanical etc.

- Ensure that Contractor has sufficient men and materials to progress works in accordance with the schedule.

- Consultant is adequately performing his tasks during supervision to check on quality of materials, shop-drawings and inspection of work done.

- Ensure that Contractor has provided all documentation such as as-built drawings, manuals, marking of pipes, electrical switch-boards etc for on-going maintenance works.

- Appoint a facility manager to run the building on hand-over.

- Facilitate fit-out for tenants
