Department Responsibility

- To operate all the Press station as per standard operating process.
- Prepare all tools for required Press planning and other activities instructed by shift engineer.
- To maintain discipline of the highest order.
- To deliver as per planned requirement.
- To produce quality product as per quality plan.
- To carry out in process inspection as per ISO-9001 work instruction.
- Send the material for next operation.
- To fill up all required report with all the relevant information
- Follow the OHSAS statutory work instruction for health & safety aspect which includes safe material handling, safe press station operation and use of required PPE.
- Follow the EHS statutory work instruction for the protection of environment which covers saving of natural resources, prevention of land, air & water contamination, reduction of waste generation in all the operation.
- Communicate with your shift engineer/section manager for any quarry/problem pertaining to production, quality, maintenance, safety, environment, etc.
- To carry out 5S activity in your area.
- To carry out preventive maintenance as per planned schedule.
- To obey instructions of your superiors.
- To attend white board meeting for daily information as a part of SMT Business system.
- To carry out TPM activity in your area and attend weekly meeting.

EHS Responsibility





- Carry out activities to demonstrate EHS leadership and act as a role model.
- Communicate and promote the Alleima EHS Policy and SMT Safety Principles.
- Report Hazard & Near miss related to Environment Health & Safety.
- Systematically monitor and continuously improve EHS performance in their area of responsibility.
- Follow EHS guidelines and procedures, reporting hazards and potential improvement areas and participating to improve their work workplace.
- Work according to SMT Safety Principles towards the vision of zero harm.

- Power and right of a person to use and allocate the resources efficiently, to take decisions and to give orders so as to achieve the organizational objectives.
- Have an authority to stop unsafe process, work, task or behaviour in order to prevent any potential harm to the people, environment or property.

Educational Requirement:-

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ITI Fitter

Experience Required:-

5 to 7 Years
