Our client, a leading luxury furniture and joinery manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Production Head to oversee and drive excellence in their production facility in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the full production cycle for joinery and high-end furniture.

- Ensure premium quality standards are consistently achieved.

- Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and efficiency across operations.

- Oversee a large production team, driving performance and training initiatives.

- Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver bespoke luxury solutions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in joinery, bespoke furniture, or high-end fit-out production.

- Solid leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to implement systems, processes, and quality controls.

- Prior experience in India or GCC is an advantage (client is open to GCC-based candidates looking to relocate).
