We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of Farmers for Forests’ (F4F) digital products — including operations, inventory management, and AI -based tree detection and carbon estimation systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in product strategy, stakeholder management, and cross -functional coordination to translate user needs into scalable and impactful technology solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps for F4F’s digital platforms, ensuring usability, reliability, and scalability.
- Oversee end -to -end product lifecycle management — from planning, requirement gathering, and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Translate complex requirements into clear documentation, user stories, and product specifications.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and research teams to align product development with organizational goals and field requirements.
- Manage user testing, feedback loops, and continuous improvement cycles to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth data workflows across systems (e.g.,
drone data, field data, and dashboards).
- Track key product metrics, report performance, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in technology -driven environmental, data, or operational domains.
- Strong user empathy and ability to see and feel things from someone else’s perspective.
- Robust understanding of software development lifecycles, product design, and cross -functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem -solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A proactive and organized leader with the ability to translate complex field and technical requirements into actionable product features.
