Job Purpose:




The role responsible for Procurement of materials and services for Roof top/ large solar projects




Key responsibilities:




• Procurement of materials from various sources as per the project requirement


• Handling imported consignments , Custom clearances , handing CHA , Documentation related to customs clearance


• Installation Contractor management – finalization of contractors for the project site activity


• Coordination with engineering team and vendors for optimizing the cost


• Coordination with planning , site for the timely delivery of materials to the site


• Vendor assessment , approval and follow up for the timely delivery






• Recent vendor development


• MIS


Requirements

Key Skills:




• Expertise in MS office package , ERP package


• MIS preparation


• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken – English and Hindi




Key Qualifications:




Education: BE Electrical /Mechanical


Experience: 5~6 years total work experience in procurement


Preferred companies: solar epc companies (preferred) / any other industry
