The Process Trainer plays a crucial role in providing thorough New Hire Training (NHT) and continuous upskilling sessions. This position guarantees that each consultant transitioning to the production environment exhibits expert-level competency in GDS systems, airline geography, fare regulations, ticketing laws, and outstanding customer service—significantly influencing speed to proficiency and overall performance quality.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline (IATA or Travel/Tourism certification preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in a BPO/International Travel process.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Process Trainer in a Travel/GDS setting.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one major GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
• Exceptional English communication and facilitation skills.
Required Skills:
• Instructional Design: Ability to simplify complex ticketing logic into structured modules.
• Public Speaking: Confidence in managing classroom sessions and engaging adult learners.
• Patience & Coaching: People-first approach to support varied learning speeds.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret Quality data and translate it into training interventions.
Success Metrics (KPIs):
• Training Throughput: Percentage of trainees successfully completing the program.
• 0–30 Day Quality: Accuracy and CSAT scores of new hires in their first month.
• PKT Scores: Average knowledge test scores across batches.
