We are seeking an experienced PPM Fusion Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion PPM solutions to meet business requirements, enhance process efficiency, and ensure seamless integration across financial and project management systems. This role is best suited for professionals who have hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion PPM modules such as Project Financials, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, and Project Contracts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand current processes, and design solutions aligned with business goals.
- Provide functional expertise in project accounting, project planning, resource management, and project execution using Oracle Fusion PPM.
- Configure Oracle Fusion applications to support complex business requirements and ensure smooth integration with related modules like Finance, Procurement, and HCM.
- Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Fusion PPM landscape.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for business users and technical teams.
- Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and support defect resolution.




- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve functional and technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance of Oracle Fusion PPM applications.
- Prepare detailed functional design documents, process flows, and solution documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–9 years of experience with Oracle applications, including at least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud.
- Strong functional knowledge of Project Financial Management processes: project costing, project billing, revenue recognition, project contracts, project budgets, and resource management.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations, workflows, and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS).
- Good understanding of project execution lifecycles, project accounting standards, and enterprise financial systems.
- Ability to perform system configuration, setup, and testing independently.
- Knowledge of related modules (Finance, Procurement, Grants Management, and HCM) and their integration touchpoints with PPM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with business users, technical teams, and leadership.
- Experience in working with global teams and delivering projects in an Agile/Waterfall environment.
- Oracle Cloud certification in PPM (preferred but not mandatory).

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Skilled certifications in Oracle Cloud PPM are an added advantage.
