Provide necessary program/ portfolio/ project management support to project managers, which includes standardizing the project-related governance processes, supporting project resources, methodologies & tools.

Responsibilities:

- Project Governance
- Demonstrates ability to drive PM related discussions with engagement leads/engagements independently

- Coordinate & Schedule meetings, document and track actions and decisions, communicate updates, and monitor progress.

- Maintain RAID Log to assist project teams with the timely identification, management and resolution of risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies

- Drive seamless project workflows by optimizing project management tools (like JIRA, Smartsheet, SNOW, MS Project)

- Regular follow ups with the team to ensure adherence to compliance items and proactively raise red flags to the team leader

- Resource Lifecycle Management

- Reporting & Metrics

- Create project metrics in terms of SLA/KPI reports/dashboards based on client governance model using tools like SNOW, JIRA, PowerBI

- Performs data analysis and provides useful insights

- Independently prepare project and program communications like QBR, WSR, AHM decks, PTO mailer etc.

- Exposure to budget, forecast and resource management

- Deliver accurate, high-level status updates for executives

- Automation and Process Standardization

- Generates and implements process improvements / optimization / efficiency gains on PM tasks wherever feasible





- Leverage standard templates readily available to use to meet client requirements

- Others

- Drive CIMP compliance and tracking

- Drive employee engagement activities

- Support Leadership/ client calls by collating required inputs from the team to be presented during such calls

- Accountability to take up ad-hoc tasks as required by leadership and complete the same with effectiveness and efficiency

- Drive project Orderboard and staffing by collaborating with resource managers and recruiters

- proactively monitor demand forecasts to identify potential gaps early

- Govern the end-to-end onboarding/offboarding process, maintain resource roster and other resource related processes such as odd hour allowances, timesheets reconciliation, R&R;, PTOs, etc.

- Contractors’ management

- Drive employee engagement activities

Skills/ Qualifications:

- Must Haves:
- A Bachelor's Degree

- 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Intermediate level of experience with MS Office – Advanced Excel, Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio

- Shows intermediate skills in JIRA, PowerBI, Remedy/Snow, Tableau, Smartsheet and advanced skills in SharePoint, Microsoft Project Plan (MPP)

- Effective handling of highly sensitive, and often highly confidential, information using exemplary judgment, tact and diplomacy

- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall

- Positive written/ verbal communication including effective interpersonal skills

- Good to have:
- CAPM or CSM Certification

- Working knowledge of SAFe
