This role involves conducting lectures, doubt-clearing sessions, assessments, and revision programs while continuously tracking student performance and providing academic support. The faculty will also collaborate with academic teams to develop study materials, test papers, and structured learning plans. Strong communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to create an interactive learning workplace are essential. Candidates with Marathi communication ability will have an added advantage in connecting effectively with students and parents.
