We are looking for a dedicated Phaco Surgeon to join our esteemed ophthalmology team. In this role, you will specialize in performing cataract surgery using the phacoemulsification technique. We are seeking a meticulous and skilled surgeon who is passionate about enhancing patients' vision and improving their quality of life through high-quality surgical care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments to evaluate patients' suitability for cataract surgery.
- Perform phacoemulsification cataract surgery, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Monitor patient progress throughout the surgical process and provide comprehensive post-operative care.
- Educate patients about the procedure, expected outcomes, and post-operative care to enhance their understanding and comfort.
- Collaborate with the ophthalmology team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.




- Stay informed about the latest advancements in cataract and refractive surgery techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

- Master degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency in Ophthalmology.
- Board certification or eligibility for certification in Ophthalmology.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience being a Phaco Surgeon.
- Expertise in phacoemulsification techniques and cataract surgery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with patients and healthcare teams.
- Commitment to continuous education and patient-centered care.
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state.
