Configure and optimize decisioning, routing, SLAs, and business rules. Implement security, access control, and authentication mechanisms. Support DevOps practices including CI/CD and deployment automation. Performance & Optimization Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Optimize database queries, reports, and background processing. Ensure application scalability and high availability. Provide technical leadership to Pega developers and System Architects.
