As a Pediatrician, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, supporting their physical, emotional, and developmental well-being. This position involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of childhood illnesses, monitoring growth and development milestones, and providing preventive healthcare through immunizations and parental guidance. Based in Raipur or Korba, this full-time role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with families while contributing meaningfully to community health. Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Conduct routine health check-ups, growth monitoring, and developmental assessments for children across age groups
- Administer immunizations as per national and international pediatric vaccination schedules
- Offer preventive healthcare advice, nutrition counseling, and lifestyle guidance to parents and caregivers
- Manage pediatric emergencies and coordinate referrals to specialists when required
- Maintain detailed, accurate,



and compliant medical records and patient documentation
- Educate parents on child health, hygiene, disease prevention, and early warning signs of illness
- Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and healthcare regulations
- Participate in continuous medical education, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives
