4.Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and medical processes
5.Familiarity with CRM tools, call logging systems, or hospital information systems (HIS)
6.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Positive Have Skills :
Experience in call center/BPO, healthcare calling, or patient coordination roles

Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Make outbound calls to patients
2.Appointment confirmations or rescheduling
3.Treatment or consultation reminders
4.Post-treatment or post-discharge follow-ups




5.Health checkup package promotions
6.Answer inbound queries related to appointments, services, or other patient needs
7.Document patient responses and update information in the CRM or HIS systems
8.Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff to ensure seamless patient experience
9.Handle patient grievances or concerns with empathy and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
10.Ensure 100% adherence to calling scripts, compliance, and quality standards
