1.Deep understanding of US P&C; insurance domain (commercial lines).
2.Strong knowledge of policy life cycle: quote, bind, issue, endorsement, renewals, cancellations.
3. FNOL (First notice of loss) / FROI (First report of injury)
4.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
5.Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
6.Ability to manage client relationships and team performance simultaneously.
7.Team & Operations Management.
8.Client Coordination.
9.Process Excellence & Quality Control
10. Document Management & Payments Processing.

Positive Have Skills :
Knowledge and expertise in FNOL (First notice of loss) and FROI (First report of injury)

Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Lead and manage a team handling end-to-end P&C; insurance processes (new business, renewals, endorsements, claims, billing).
2.Must have managed the FNOL / FROI Processes.
3.Monitor team productivity and provide regular performance feedback.




4.Act as a primary point of contact for client communications and escalations.
5.Participate in client calls, process reviews, and performance discussions.
6.Support transition and knowledge transfer activities for new processes.
7.Implement best practices for process improvement and operational efficiency.
8.Conduct quality audits and RCA (root cause analysis) for process errors.
9.Ensure documentation and SOPs are updated regularly.
10.Identify training needs and organize upskilling sessions for the team.
11.Mentor and coach team members to build domain expertise and soft skills.
12.Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
13.Work closely with compliance and audit teams to mitigate risks.
