Job Title: P&C; Insurance Executive (Brokerage / Underwriting)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail -oriented and motivated P&C; Insurance Executive with at least 1 year of experience in Insurance Brokerage or Underwriting. The candidate will support US insurance operations, handling policy processing, underwriting assistance, and broker coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in underwriting and policy processing for P&C; insurance lines
- Work with brokers and underwriters to gather required documentation
- Review submissions, applications, and insurance documents for accuracy
- Prepare quotes, binders, endorsements, and policy documentation
- Maintain and update client and policy records in internal systems
- Ensure compliance with US insurance regulations and company guidelines
- Communicate with US clients/brokers via email and calls (as required)
- Support renewals, audits, and reporting activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in P&C; Insurance (Brokerage or Underwriting)
- Positive understanding of US P&C; insurance processes
- Strong knowledge of policy lifecycle (submission to binding)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance tools/systems
- Ability to work in US shift (night shift)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with US -based insurance clients or agencies
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance
- Hands -on experience in Insurance Brokerage or Underwriting support for US clients
- Strong understanding of US P&C; insurance processes and policy lifecycle (submission, quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals)
- Ability to review and analyze insurance documents with high accuracy
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client -facing exposure preferred)
- Comfortable working in US shift (night shift)
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment
- Graduate in any discipline (Insurance or Finance background preferred)
