We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, particularly in Core HR, Talent Management, and Performance Management modules. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for HR technology and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and support Oracle HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation and support activities for Oracle HCM Cloud with a primary focus on Core HR, Talent Management, and Performance Management modules.
- Conduct business requirement workshops with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs and best practices.
- Provide guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities, limitations, and best practices for optimal design and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle HCM.
- Assist in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare documentation including configuration guides, functional design documents,
and user manuals.
- Work with technical teams to support integrations, data migrations, and custom reporting needs.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements post go-live and drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR systems and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–11 years of hands-on experience as a functional Oracle HCM Consultant.
- Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with Core HR, Talent Management, and Performance Management as core focus areas.
- Deep understanding of HR business processes and how they map to Oracle HCM functionality.
- Strong experience in conducting requirement-gathering sessions, solution design, system configuration, and testing.
- Hands-on experience in HCM Cloud implementation or support projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience working with multinational organizations or large-scale HR transformation projects.
- Exposure to additional Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Compensation, Absence Management) is a plus.
