Job Description
The Operations Manager -Residential will be responsible for overseeing end -to -end operational activities across multiple premium gated communities/residential apartments to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role demands robust leadership, analytical thinking, and cross -functional coordination to drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in residential facility management.
- Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams.
- Good knowledge of MEP, housekeeping, security, safety, and vendor management.
- Experience in budgeting, billing, and working with clients.
- Familiar with government and statutory compliance.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good planning and problem -solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools.
- Able to analyze reports and make data -driven decisions.
- Customer -focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Willing to travel for site visits within bangalore
- Should ensure safety, quality, and compliance at all time.
