Key Responsibilities

- Own the Client Support Lifecycle: Act as the primary point of contact for all client and platform-related queries, managing issues from initial receipt to resolution within defined SLAs.
- Lead Platform & Technology Operations: Monitor trading platform uptime, order flows, and API performance. Lead troubleshooting with technical and vendor teams, and manage UAT for new platform releases.
- Drive Process Improvements: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to streamline workflows. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to reduce bottlenecks and enhance client turnaround times.
- Analyze & Report: Create and analyze MIS reports, issue logs, and performance dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage Stakeholders & Ecosystem: Coordinate with external partners such as CDSL, NSDL, exchanges, and vendors.



Provide structured client feedback to internal Product teams to influence platform roadmap.
- Ensure Compliance & Knowledge Management: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. Develop SOPs and conduct training on new platform features.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in stockbroking operations, fintech support, or platform management.
- Strong understanding of trading systems, depository operations (CDSL/NSDL), and order management platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPs) and Google Sheets.
- Technical aptitude with a good understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
