Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are looking for self-motivated startup-oriented Tech lead to extend our backend platform which churns terabytes of data to give unique personalized financial experience to our users.
- You will be working directly with tech focused founding team members and a team of IITians who are hands-on with designing architecture and implementing scalable backend.
- Should have experience in designing systems from scratch keeping in mind scalability and security aspects.
- Should have solid knowledge of design patterns in JAVA, DS and algorithms.
- Should be able to setup monitoring and optimization of MySQL Db queries.
- Familiarity with our tools (Scala, Kafka, Bigtable, BigQuery) is a plus, but not required.
- Should be able to mentor junior members of the team by giving regular feedback, code reviews
