We are looking for a Network Manager – IT Infrastructure with 9 to 12 years of experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level network operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in networking technologies, a proactive approach to infrastructure optimization, and a hands-on leadership style to guide the team through daily operations and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support network infrastructure operations to ensure 24x7 availability and optimal performance.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution guidance on network-related issues including performance, capacity, and configuration.
- Design and implement network solutions using components such as firewalls, VPNs, proxies, wireless networks, switching, WAF, load balancers, SDN, and DNAC.
- Monitor network traffic patterns and proactively address vulnerabilities or security risks.
- Drive implementation of both small and large-scale network projects with a strong understanding of BGP and OSPF protocols.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business and client requirements while maintaining documentation and audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and external audit requirements, including ISO compliance.
- Manage relationships with vendors and ISPs,



including performance monitoring, SLA tracking, invoicing, and payments.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management on network health, incidents, and project statuses.
- Actively contribute to infrastructure strategy, capacity planning, and adoption of emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on networking.
- Strong hands-on experience with networking technologies such as Firewalls, VPN, Proxy, Wireless, Switching, Load Balancers, SDN, DNAC, and WAF.
- In-depth understanding of routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.
- Familiar with network-related security, compliance, and audit procedures.
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Cisco systems.
- Exposure to cloud and virtualization network architecture and associated security protocols.
- Solid problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and network operations governance.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in capacity planning, performance tuning, and vendor/partner management.
