The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of .NET technologies, along with extensive experience in implementing multithreading and concurrency solutions to optimize application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications with a focus on multithreading and parallel processing.
- Implement asynchronous programming and multithreading mechanisms to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build robust software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug multithreading issues to improve application performance.
- Participate in code reviews to promote best practices and consistency in code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in .NET and multithreading technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core).
- Strong understanding of multithreading concepts and techniques in .NET.
- Experience with asynchronous programming using async/await patterns.
- Familiarity with design patterns pertinent to multithreading and concurrent programming.
- Proficient in database technologies such as SQL Server and familiar with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
- Exposure to performance tuning and profiling tools for .NET applications.
