Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for nCino and Salesforce-based solutions. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, process flows, and solution designs. Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders to understand pain points and identify opportunities for process optimization. Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly. Support the configuration and customization of the nCino platform, including testing recent features and enhancements. Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs and drive user adoption. Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and communicate status updates to project managers and stakeholders. Stay current with nCino and Salesforce platform updates, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure solutions remain compliant and effective. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business process maps, functional specifications,



and training materials. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on nCino or Salesforce-based projects. Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations, products, and regulatory environment. Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, and user stories. Familiarity with the nCino platform, including configuration, features, and workflows. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office). nCino or Salesforce certifications (e.g., nCino Admin, Salesforce Administrator). Experience in banking transformation, lending, or credit process projects. Experience supporting change management and training initiatives.
