Distribution Executive

Qualifications

Candidate Eligibility Criteria – Persons with Disabilities (PwD)

PwD Freshers

- Preferred educational background: BBA, B.Com, BMS, M.Com, MBA

- For Supply Chain roles: BBA / MBA with specialization in Supply Chain preferred

- For Sales Administration & Commercial roles: Educational qualifications are versatile, subject to role suitability

- PwD students who are yet to graduate are also welcome (2025-26 batch).

PwD Experienced candidates

- Educational background: Flexible

- Mandatory: Relevant prior work experience aligned to the role

Location: Delhi NCR - offline program

Disability Types:

Here are the disability types the client can support at the moment:

1. Physical Disabilities (Locomotor disability, Muscular dystrophy, Dwarfism ) - the disability should not restrict independent mobility of the candidate - the candidate should not depend on wheelchair/ walker/crutches for movement. Independently operating laptop and independent commute.

2. Learning Disabilities, with prior work experience.

3. Hearing Impairment: Candidates who can communicate well verbally with the use of Cochlear Implants or Hearing aids.

4. Thalassemia, Hemophilia, Sickle Disease
