Role Overview
As a Montessori Teacher, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and child -centered setting where curiosity, independence, and creativity thrive. You will guide children through meaningful learning experiences tailored to their developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain a well -organized Montessori environment
Observe each child and provide individualized learning experiences.
Introduce Montessori materials and concepts at the right developmental stage
Foster a calm and respectful classroom culture through positive discipline
Maintain records of student progress and development
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth
Qualifications
Certification in Montessori / NTT / IMTC / ECCE
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (preferred)
