Job Description

Ensure that the bar is set according to standards and procedures

Prepare and serve drinks and snack orders according to service standard.



Ensure that hot snacks and cold drinks are served promptly to the guests once they are ready, such that they arrive at the guests’ table at the correct temperature

Creation of new beverage/cocktails to suit guests’ needs. Up-sell and promote other food and beverage offers at every available prospect to maximize sales revenue.

Qualifications

- Secondary / High school education
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity

Additional Information

- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
