Job Description:
ï· Create regular and ad-hoc reports regarding Enterprise business to support business operations.
ï· Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for Enterprise business to track performance
against targets.
ï· Analyze large datasets and support the Business/Sales team with data-driven insights to
optimize strategies and improve operational performance.
ï· Manage data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various
sources. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and integrity.
ï· Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends as per the directions
from the reporting officer
ï· Assist in forecasting and budgeting by providing historical data and trend analysis.
ï· Collaborate with internal teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable
insights.
ï· Provide ongoing support to the Senior Management team and stakeholders by preparing
customized reports and presentations.
ï· Identify opportunities to streamline and improve data reporting processes.
ï· Ensure reports are aligned with business goals and provide recommendations for process
improvements.
ï· Any other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
Location: Hyderabad
Qualifications:
Any graduate, preferably MBAs
Skills set required:
ï· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
ï· Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), with experience in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros etc
ï· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable
manner. Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work with large datasets.
ï· Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
ï· Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in MIS coordination or a similar role in Telecom/Enterprise business
