● Design, develop, and maintain MIS dashboards and periodic reports for
management and leadership.


● Independently identify key business KPIs and performance parameters based on
business objectives.


● Analyze data across departments (sales, operations, placements, marketing, finance
as required).


● Create automated and manual reports and submit insights directly to the CEO.


● Translate business requirements into data models, reports, and visualizations.


● Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports.


● Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and improve
reporting frameworks.


● Support decision -making through trend analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting
inputs.


Requirements

- Working experience with Tableau or Power BI or Zoho Analytics

- Strong understanding of data structures, reporting logic,



and dashboard design
principles.

- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, data cleaning).

- Ability to understand business models and workflows quickly.

- Robust judgment on what data matters and what should be reported

- 1–3 years of experience in an MIS / Data Analyst / Business Analyst role.

- Prior experience working with leadership or CXO -level reporting is a plus.
