- Assist in warehouse -related audits, stock counts, and provide reports supporting audit findings.
- Help define, monitor and report on key warehouse KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, dispatch accuracy, turnaround time, utilisation).
- Provide documentation of MIS processes, report formats, definitions and ensure users of the MIS understand metrics.
- Respond to ad -hoc data and analysis requests from warehouse management.
- Support system enhancements
- (WMS, ERP) from a reporting/ analytics perspective as the warehouse evolves.
