Duties &
Responsibilities:

· Checking
all the details in the order sheet once received from buyer. Communicate with
buyer regarding any discrepancy in the order sheet.

· Regular follow -up with Assistant
Merchandiser / Sampling In -charge for on -time submission of samples.

· Coordinating with internal departments
in preparing product costing.

· Monitor the development of fabrics,
trims, accessories, print, embroidery, appliquÃ©s, badges & washes.

· Comments / approvals received from
clients are to be communicated to the suppliers.

· Assist Sr. Merchandiser in getting OC
number, ordering fabrics,

trims & accessories.

· Continuous follow -up with fabric,
purchase dept. & suppliers for on -time delivery of materials.

· Assists Sr. merchandiser in issuing
production file to factories.

· Issuing endorsement to the EXIM
department.

Requirements

- Should be good in both oral and written communication

- SHould have positive knowledge about different types of fabrics

- Should be a team player.
