The MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating on -site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Supervise daily MEP installation activities at the project site.
- Monitor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, and ELV works.
- Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
- Assist engineers and project managers in planning site activities.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower at site.
- Report site progress, delays, and technical issues to management.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
- Ensure installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.
- Support testing and commissioning activities.
- Maintain records of inspections and completed work.
- Maintain daily work reports and manpower records.
- Verify material usage and site inventory.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and work schedules.
- Ensure implementation of HSE policies and safety procedures at site.
- Conduct toolbox talks and monitor secure working practices.
- Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action immediately.
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Knowledge of MEP systems and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with:
- HVAC systems
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing & drainage systems
- Fire fighting systems
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
