We are hiring a Merchandiser – Home Textiles to manage buyer coordination, order execution, sampling, and production follow -ups. The role requires close coordination with design, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle buyer communication & order confirmation
- Manage sampling, approvals & costing
- Coordinate with production & quality teams
- Track order status & ensure on -time delivery
- Handle trims, fabrics & accessories follow -ups
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards
- Coordinate shipment schedules & documentation
- Resolve order -related issues & claims
Requirements
- Merchandising in Home Textiles (Bed linen, Towels, Curtains, etc.)
- Buyer coordination & order management
- Sampling, costing & production follow -up
- Quality standards & compliance
- MS Excel & ERP systems
- Robust communication & coordination skills
