Qualifications & Experience

- Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
- Additional certifications in MBA, Project Management, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of skilled experience in healthcare content management, scientific communications, or project management
- Experience in digital health platforms, medical communications agencies, or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage high-quality scientific content tailored for healthcare audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on content strategy, timelines, and deliverables
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs)



and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of scientific content
- Stay current with industry trends, digital healthcare innovations, and scientific advancements to support content development
- Oversee end-to-end project management of content initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Manage multiple stakeholder inputs while maintaining consistency and scientific rigor

Required Skills

- In-depth understanding of scientific content development and digital healthcare trends
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage complex, deadline-driven projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and KOLs
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing evidence-based, impactful content
