Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver
structured, curriculum-aligned training in life sciences, healthcare, or
allied health domains

- Introduce
concepts in medical/life sciences, anatomy & physiology, documentation
standards, and relevant terminology

- Facilitate
assessments, conduct feedback sessions, and monitor learner progress

- Prepare
students for certifications or industry-readiness as per the training
objectives

- Mentor
students for interviews and professional readiness

- Maintain
attendance, learning reports, and coordinate session delivery with
institutional coordinators

- Participate
in Train-the-Trainer programs and upskilling workshops conducted by
Rareminds

Advantages

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s
degree in Life Sciences,



Allied Health, or Medical Sciences (e.g., B.Sc
Nursing, BPT, B.Pharm, etc.)

- Skilled
certification in relevant healthcare or clinical fields is an added

validity (if any) must be current and verifiable

Key Skills:

- Strong
subject knowledge in life sciences and allied domains

- Effective
communication and presentation skills (in both English and Tamil)
