As the Head of Engineering, you will lead multi-sector projects in the Electrical and Automotive domains, transforming client designs into optimized, high-quality products. You will work closely with senior management, overseeing engineering teams, vendor networks, and production processes to drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence across all stages of product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
- Apply global engineering practices and standards to NPD, production, tooling, and quality processes.
- Conduct hands-on problem-solving in production, including process optimization, tool corrections, parameter validation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform basic R&D; and reverse engineering to enhance product designs and processes.
- Utilize 2D/3D CAD tools (AutoCAD, FreeCAD, etc.) for designing, reviewing, and validating manufacturing drawings.
- Maintain documentation including SOPs, FMEA, PPAP, CAPA, and RCA to ensure process compliance and quality standards.
- Oversee daily planning, reporting, and coordination with senior management.
- Lead, mentor,



and recruit engineering teams, promoting skill development and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with vendors and supply chain partners to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
- Support techno-commercial activities including contracts, NDAs, and client communications.
- Engage in marketing initiatives, trade shows, and digital promotions to showcase engineering capabilities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Extensive experience in design for manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, and new product development.
- Robust technical knowledge across machining, sheet metal, forging, casting, welding, and related processes.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD and Excel for design, calculations, and production planning.
- Sound understanding of material properties, tolerances, ISO 9000, and process standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and supply chain partners.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, technical writing, and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize engineering processes while ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Strategic mindset to balance technical, managerial, and business priorities effectively.
