This role demands a balanced combination of hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering design and manufacturing processes, coupled with experience in team coordination and strategic planning.

A. Technical & Engineering Responsibilities

- Apply knowledge of global engineering practices and industry standards in design and manufacturing.
- Lead troubleshooting activities across New Product Development (NPD) and production to maintain quality standards. This includes tool corrections, process optimization, parameter validation, and gauge design.
- Execute basic R&D; and reverse engineering tasks to support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Utilize 2D and 3D CAD tools (AutoCAD, FreeCAD, etc.) for design and documentation.
- Conduct engineering calculations using MS Excel and evaluate product tolerances, material standards, and ISO 9000 compliance.
- Work with a range of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal, forging, casting, and welding.
- Communicate effectively with global clients for technical discussions, documentation, and project updates.
- Interpret and create drawings using GD&T; standards to ensure precise manufacturing and quality control.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, vendors, and supply chain.
- Report daily progress and project updates directly to senior management.
- Plan and oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of junior engineering staff.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, FMEA, PPAP, CAPA, and RCA.
- Support commercial and legal processes, including contract reviews, NDA agreements, and techno-commercial evaluations.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, trade shows, and digital promotions by preparing technical write-ups and presenting product capabilities.
- Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement efforts.
