What will you be doing: ### Manage a Group of Purchasing experts' daily activities. ### Navigate Material Purchasing group for excellence as part of groups staff. ### Set and measure Material group related KPIs. ### Own suppliers' operational execution, manage priorities with suppliers' and internal groups (material planning, manufacturing, R&D; and engineering departments) to assure tools build plan execution. ### Proven managerial skills in a highly energetic, multi-disciplinary environment, preferably experience with large corporate. ### Excellent understanding of Purchasing business processes and the ability to build and lead continuous improvement.



### Great leadership skills; experienced in building teams from scratch, training and motivating team members. ### Ability to work under constant pressure and solve complex problems, while aligning with multiple groups and processing large amount of data ### Solid technical understanding, good ability to learn complex systems and manufacturing processes. ### Proven capabilities to present and manage commercial relationships with high level executives. ### Bachelor's degree (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is an advantage) ### 10 - 15 years' experience in similar position. ### Strong commercial orientations, communication & negotiation skills. ### Fluent in English, oral and written.
