Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver financial
literacy sessions (45 mins–2 hours) using the approved
content/curriculum and session plan.
- Ensure sessions
are interactive, contextual, and suitable for adult learners (including seniors and working populations).
- Conduct
sessions on key topics like budgeting, savings, banking, digital payments,
fraud awareness, insurance, borrowing, investments, and government
schemes.
- Use real -life
examples, simple language, and visual aids to improve participant
understanding.
B. Beneficiary Support & Digital
Onboarding
- Facilitate
participant enrollment/registration on DigiLocker and other
relevant tools/schemes (as applicable to session goals).
- Support
participants in understanding and accessing formal financial services
(bank accounts, digital payments, insurance enrollment, etc.).
- Ensure secure
digital practices are explained clearly (OTP safety, phishing awareness,
fraud prevention).
C. Community Engagement & Outreach
(as per project plan)
- Support
mobilization activities with local teams to ensure adequate participation
in planned sessions.
- Build rapport
with participants, community leaders, employers, institutions, and
stakeholders at the assigned location(s).
- Coordinate with
partner institutions, community centers, RWAs, worker groups, etc. for
session scheduling.
D. Team Coordination & Field
Oversight
- Coordinate
daily work with mobilizers/field staff to ensure training schedules,
attendance, and logistics are executed smoothly.
- May be required
to guide and supervise 2–4 field support members/mobilizers at the
assigned location, depending on the project structure.
- Ensure training
quality, participant engagement, and on -ground execution as per
guidelines.
E. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain attendance
sheets, session reports, beneficiary data, and supporting documentation.
- Share
weekly/monthly reports including: session data, key learnings, challenges,
participant feedback, case studies, testimonials, and photos (as
required).
- Provide timely
updates to the Project Manager/central team.
F. Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to
program quality standards, safeguarding norms, and communication
guidelines.
- Ensure accurate
communication of financial concepts (avoid misleading/overpromising on
investment/returns).
- Manage basic
session logistics and ensure expenses are within approved budgets.
Qualifications & Experience (Must
Have)
- Graduate degree in Commerce,
Economics, Finance, Management, Social Work, Education, or a related
field.
- 3–6 years of
experience in training/facilitation with strong exposure to BFSI / banking
/ financial services / financial inclusion / insurance / investments /
financial education.
- Demonstrated
ability to explain financial concepts in simple and relatable ways to
non -technical audiences.
- Experience in
conducting group sessions/workshops for adults (workers/senior citizens is
a plus).
- Willingness to
travel locally and work across assigned project locations.
