Marketing & HR Coordinator
Location: Kadavanthara, Ernakulam
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources,
Business Administration, or related field preferred
Salary: 20,000 -25,000 per month
Experience: 2 years experience in marketing, HR, or administrative roles (construction or trades industry preferred)
Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage marketing materials including brochures, presentations, proposals, and company profiles
· Maintain company website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
· Coordinate marketing efforts for construction projects, bids, and proposals
· Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
· Collect project photos, testimonials, and case studies for marketing use
· Coordinate trade shows, job fairs, and industry events

· Experience in marketing, HR, or administrative

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
