Your tasks:

- Independent planning and management of international projects with a focus on the automotive industry

- Responsible for creating the general schedule, as well as conducting weekly project meetings and following up on the measures defined from these meetings

- Implementation of customer-specific requirements of development projects, starting from the inquiry phase, through the delivery of prototypes to the start of series production and transfer to the production plant

- Contact Person with the customer, all internal specialist departments, and the plants

- Responsible for project risk assessment, change management during project

- Implementation of lessons learned and application of best practices in project management

- Project milestones in terms of budgets, deadlines and quality

- Responsible for reporting on budgets, deadlines, and quality

- Recording and controlling changes in ongoing serial projects

- Functional leadership of the interdisciplinary project team





- Collaboration with PMO on process improvements/changes
